The SUSTAIN 2nd Annual Meeting took place in Trondheim on 25-26 January 2017.
In SUSTAIN several approaches are involved in modelling how harvest will affect dynamics of populations. Most of the current models only consider single-species dynamics, ignoring interspecific interactions. In order to develop a common theoretical framework to include multi-species interactions we invite to a lunch-lunch workshop in Trondheim on October 4 -5. The aim will be three fold: 1. We want people involved in developing models to present their current state of the art. 2. We should discuss which simplifications to make to include multi-species interactions. 3. We will discuss which kind of data have we access to that can be used to parameterize the models.
